Kanakamuni ［倶那含仏］ (;  Kunagon-butsu): According to the Long Āgama Sutra and other Buddhist texts, the fifth of the seven Buddhas of the past, the seventh and last of whom was Shakyamuni. The Wise Kalpa Sutra describes Kanakamuni as the second of the thousand Buddhas who appear in the world in the present Wise Kalpa.
