Oto [乙] (n.d.): A daughter of Nichimyō, a follower of Nichiren who lived in Kamakura, Japan. When she was a child, her mother took her on the long journey to visit Nichiren, who was in exile on Sado Island. Nichiren addressed a letter known as The Supremacy of the Law, dated the fourth day of the eighth month of 1275, to her, though its content was intended for her mother. See also Nichimyō.
